If you own Dewesoft SIRIUS hardware, SCANalyzer is indispensable and included at no extra cost. Its speed, math capabilities, and report generation are best-in-class for that ecosystem. However, if you need to work with mixed vendor data or live acquisition, look elsewhere.

Deducted points for hardware lock-in, dated UI, and lack of scripting API. Added points for raw speed and NVH-specific tools. Upgrade Note The current Dewesoft ecosystem has moved to DewesoftX 2023+ which integrates both acquisition and analysis into one application. SCANalyzer 3.4.0 remains useful for legacy projects or users who prefer a separate post-processor, but new users should adopt DewesoftX. scanalyzer 3.4.0
