A NetAcad account is required to sign in when you launch Cisco Packet Tracer. The following screen allows to login into such user account.

Pressing the login button in the above form would launch an external web browser, where the user can proceed with their login.

Alternatively, one can use "Advanced Settings" link, in the above login form, in order to direct login process to use the internal web browser built into Cisco Packet Tracer in order to perform the login. If you are using a public or shared computer, you should NOT use the “Keep me logged in” option or you should ensure that you Logout before closing Cisco Packet Tracer to prevent other users of the computer gaining access using your credentials
