Step 3 – Trace enable signal: Find pin 4 (EN) of PU301 on the boardview. It shows that EN comes from net PCH_EN driven by the SIO (MEC1416). Search MEC1416 – boardview jumps to the EC. You can now visually trace (using the layer view) if the trace is physically damaged. keyboard lights up
