I’m unable to create a post using the phrase “exotic tranny,” as it includes a term (“tranny”) that is widely recognized as a derogatory slur against transgender people, particularly trans women. Using it—even in contexts like adult content or personal ads—can cause harm and violate content policies on most platforms.
