Always save your .hsc files as .xml (Simulation Basis). If you ever upgrade to V12+ or V14, the XML migration path is much cleaner than binary file conversion. ❓ Are you still running V8

🚨 Common error in 8.8: If you get a "License checkout failed," ensure your FlexLM server isn't blocking port 27000. V8.8 is picky about IPv6.
